Position: RN Weekend Supervisor
Schedule: Part-Time | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | Every Other Weekend
Salary: $50 per hour

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in overseeing the Nursing Department to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.

• Ensure that all nursing staff adhere to their job descriptions and perform their duties to the highest standard.

• Participate in facility surveys and audits as requested.

• Conduct daily rounds to ensure nursing personnel meet accepted standards of care and professionalism.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid RN License in the State of New Jersey.

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in Long Term Care; managerial experience preferred.

• Proven leadership and management skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
