RN Home Education Specialist

A company is looking for a Home Education Specialist responsible for developing and delivering education and training programs for home dialysis therapies.

Key Responsibilities

Create and facilitate educational programs for home therapy teams and organizational members

Develop and conduct organization-wide training programs related to clinical updates and projects

Collaborate with quality teams to implement best practices into educational programs

Required Qualifications

Current RN license in the applicable state; multi-state compact license preferred

CPR certification (must be obtained within 90 days of hire)

Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred

Minimum of 5 years dialysis experience, including at least 3 years in home therapies

Experience in adult education preferred
