The role is tied to a referral network from multiple bank branches and an ongoing referral flow.
Required : Series 7, 66 (or 63 and 65), and life insurance license.

What you'll do :
Be present within assigned bank branches to build relationships and generate trust with both internal teams and clientsConduct client meetings to manage and grow accounts, working independently and alongside licensed bankersCoach, Mentor, and Support licensed bank employees - 90% of their production hits your gridResponsibilities :
Meet and exceed sales goals while prioritizing the client's best interestsConduct group and one-on-one coaching sessions for bank partnersHost educational seminars to support business developmentCross-offer services like loans, estate planning, and deposit productsMaintain and deepen relationships through consistent follow-upAct as a role model for doing what's right for both clients and colleaguesWhat you'll need :
