Job Description

• Prepare and process accurate client invoices in a timely manner.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain and update client billing records and documentation.
• Generate financial reports and provide billing analysis as needed.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding billing inquiries.
