Key Responsibilities
Operationalize sales organization design, capacity planning, and governance across market units
Drive forecasting accuracy and identify friction points in the revenue process
Support the launch of an integrated account management model and design commercial onboarding and training programs
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in commercial enablement, sales operations, or commercial strategy, preferably in a B2B environment
Experience with CRM platforms and commercial performance metrics
Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and finance teams
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred
Proven ability to operate in ambiguous environments while driving clarity and accountability
