Dajon Inc in Hampton, VA is seeking to hire part-time Team Members or as we like to say "Roadies" to join our team at Moe's Southwest Grill . Roadies play a pivotal role behind the scenes, but most importantly, they ensure that every performance is an encore. For Moe's to continue to shine, we need the best roadies around. Our Team Members use their excellent customer service skills to prepare and deliver delicious quality food to our customers.

For this part-time position, we offer a competitive hourly rate of up to $11.00 / hr, flexible schedule , and the opportunity to be part of an amazing company culture . As a Team Member / Roadie, you are an essential part of the success of our restaurant. You arrive each day ready to leave a lasting impression as you greet our guests with an enthusiastic "Welcome to Moe's!" In order to create delicious food for our customers, you follow recipes and preparation guidelines. Your fun and positive personality shines through as you deliver delicious food to our customers. Our customers enjoy interacting with you as you provide exceptional customer service.

In addition to preparing and delivering food to the front line from our kitchen, you maintain clean and well-stocked food prep areas. You work as part of a great team and accept new tasks with enthusiasm and willingness to learn. As a Team Member at Moe's, you enjoy coming to work every day and playing an important role in our success.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent customer service skills
• Fantastic communication skills
• Ability to stand for 3+ hours and lift 35+ lbs
