What Will You Do?

• Responding to customer inquiries related to products, services, and orders
• Managing and resolving customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Processing orders, payments, returns, and exchanges across multiple channels (walk-ins, shared inbox, direct inboxes, inside/outside sales requests)
• Preparing accurate quotes for customers and sales teams
• Learning and maintaining knowledge of company products and service offerings
• Providing customers with clear, complete information and proactive solutions
• Logging interactions and keeping customer account records up to date
• Collaborating with internal teams to support customer needs and ensure smooth operations
• Reaching out to customers for follow-ups, satisfaction checks, and product/service updates
• Sharing insights with leadership regarding recurring issues or opportunities for improvement
