Key Responsibilities

Manage client relationships and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders

Lead a global team and optimize performance for service excellence

Oversee ITIL integration, financial management, and onboarding processes

Required Qualifications

12+ years in enterprise database management with leadership experience

5+ years managing multi-client database operations in complex environments

Deep expertise in logical / application database management across multiple DBMS platforms

Extensive experience with ITIL processes and service delivery frameworks

Understanding of data governance frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements
