This is an Internal Assignment / Project Hire role.

Responsibilities :

• Act as a trusted partner to HR leaders and analytics partners to identify unique Studio workforce data needs
• Translate needs into data fields and automated workflows that are meaningful to business while also meeting reliable, secure and high-quality standards
• Develop innovative, high-impact solutions like customized apps and agents that enable more holistic storytelling on the employee experience
• Document technical solutions, share best practices, and provide training to foster adoption and scale innovation across the organization
• Champion data governance, privacy, and security as you deliver solutions that support Disney’s commitment to trust and excellence
• Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies, bringing forward new ideas to improve HR services through collaboration with partners and analytics teams across the business

Basic Qualifications

Required Education

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $115,300 to $140,900 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and / or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
