This role is responsible for defining product roadmaps, driving innovation, and ensuring seamless integration of AI and data capabilities across enterprise systems to create measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide direct leadership to a team of managers and technical experts, setting clear expectations, developing talent, and driving a high‑performance culture across the organization.
• Product Roadmap Ownership : Design, develop, and own product roadmaps for AI and Data products aligned with business strategy.
• Vision & Value Creation : Define vision and deliver measurable value through AI and Data-driven solutions.
• Solution Architecture Design : Architect integrated solutions with robust data pipelines connecting enterprise systems such as ERP, SFDC, and PLM.
• Concept-to-Solution Ownership : Drive initiatives from ideation through deployment ensuring scalability and performance.
• AI Registry & CMDB Management : Maintain AI registry and configuration management database for governance and compliance.
• Integrated User Experience : Design seamless user experiences across AI and Data platforms for intuitive adoption.
