A company is looking for a Customer Support Consultant (Remote Opportunity).
Key Responsibilities
Provide implementation and integration support including requirements analysis, system configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support for PRISM users
Deliver high-quality advisory and support services to government contractors to ensure successful operation of the product suite
Collaborate with senior client leadership to define project goals, manage issues and risks, and ensure tasks are completed on target, on time, and on budget
Required Qualifications
Professional experience in consulting or training, preferably with a top consulting firm
Experience in government contractor functions such as proposal management, contract management, and / or procurement is preferable
BA or BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Must be eligible for a security investigation and meet access requirements for classified information
