A company is looking for a Senior Video Editor (Performance Marketing / VSL) in the Health & Wellness sector.

Key Responsibilities

Lead editing and optimization of Video Sales Letters (VSLs) and create paid social ads across various platforms

Develop structured variations for creative testing and continuously iterate on creative based on performance data

Collaborate with content and media buying teams to align on creative strategy while maintaining organized project files

Required Qualifications

3-5+ years of professional video editing experience with a proven track record in editing VSLs and paid social ads

Strong understanding of performance marketing and conversion-focused editing

Experience in structured narratives, hooks, and pacing with minimal direction

Familiarity with data-informed creative testing and iteration

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and working knowledge of After Effects
