Summary :

A Quality Control Specialist in the dietary supplement industry is responsible for ensuring that all products meet established standards of quality and safety before they reach consumers. This role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring quality control processes and procedures. Key responsibilities include conducting inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods, maintaining detailed records of quality checks, and identifying areas for improvement. The specialist collaborates with production and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, such as those set by the FDA and GMP regulations. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of industry standards are essential for success in this position. (7am-3 : 30pm).

This involves overseeing the entire production process, from raw material selection to finished product testing, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. Their role is critical in safeguarding consumer health and maintaining brand reputation by preventing the distribution of substandard or unsafe products.

Quality Control & Auditing :

• Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
• Perform line checks and verification of manufacturing and packaging processes.
• Audit batch records and verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices(GMP).
