IBM Tririga data migration SME

5-10+ years of experience with IBM TRIRIGA, including data migration or integration roles. Strong understanding of TRIRIGA data model, modules (Real Estate, Lease, Space, Facilities, Operations, Capital Projects, etc.), and metadata structure. Experience using TRIRIGA Object Migration (OM), Data Integrator, Integration Objects, and other TRIRIGA integration tools. Expertise in SQL, relational databases (DB2 / Oracle / SQL Server), ETL tools, and scripting. Strong knowledge of data modeling, data mapping, data profiling, and data quality management. Experience migrating data from systems such as Archibus, Maximo, SAP, Oracle EBS, FM : Systems, or homegrown IWMS / CAFM tools (preferred). Ability to work with large datasets and solve complex data issues. Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications IBM TRIRIGA or IWMS certification(s). Experience with middleware : MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, or similar. Knowledge of TRIRIGA APIs, BIRT, UX Framework, and TRIRIGA Application Platform. Experience with cloud-hosted TRIRIGA environments (SaaS, Azure, AWS, IBM Cloud). Background in real estate, facilities management, corporate services, or asset management.
