Join Loretto Health & Rehabilitation as a Full Time Nurse Manager, RN! The Nurse Manager, RN conducts patient assessments, implements and evaluates the effectiveness of nursing care delivered to those we serve. Reporting to the Director of Nursing or similar, the Nurse Manager uses management and administrative skills to accomplish corporate, department, and facility goals. In addition, the Nurse Manager executes and adheres to established policies and procedures, as well as systemic clinical changes.

Salary : $87,859.00 - $102,398.00 annually

Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm

Responsibilities

Resident Care :

• Manages the clinical care planning process to ensure the coordination and delivery of quality patient care. Reviews and updates the care plan accordingly.
• Manages the delivery of patient care, maximizing quality and efficiency as well as applying best practice guidelines.
• Provides or assists with direct care when needed, including activities of daily living, meal assistance, medication and treatment administration, and leisure activities when indicated.
• Communicates effectively with the client / resident, family, and interdisciplinary team and ensures staff members communicate effectively as well. Maintains the highest level of customer service within the area of responsibility.
