Overview :

We're seeking a Document Control Inspector to support a major public infrastructure program in Altadena. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and inspecting documentation for accuracy, compliance, and completeness in a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities : -Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of project documentation-Ensure all files meet compliance and quality standards before submission-Maintain and track document logs and version histories-Coordinate with internal teams to update and distribute controlled documents-Support audits and close-out documentation as needed

Qualifications : -3+ years of experience in document control, records management, or quality inspection-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills-Proficiency with standard office and document management software-Excellent communication and follow-through skills-Must be able and willing to work onsite
