Senior Manager of Applied AI

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Machine Learning, Applied AI.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of senior-level ML engineers working on applied AI

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, success metrics, and plans

Champion a culture of experimentation and advocate for safe deployment of ML solutions

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in machine learning, with at least 3+ years in team management

Proven track record of deploying ML prototypes in a product-focused environment

Deep understanding of LLM workflows and strong engineering skills across the ML stack

Proficiency with Python, cloud services (preferably AWS), and ML pipeline orchestration

Experience with ML observability and CI / CD technologies
