We are seeking a Senior Manager, Global Recruiting Operations to lead the development and optimization of our global talent acquisition infrastructure. This individual will play a key role in improving recruiting systems and workflows, advancing automation, supporting compliance across regions, and enabling scalable hiring operations worldwide. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to inclusion.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Oversee and continuously improve global recruiting workflows for efficiency, scalability, compliance, and a consistent candidate experience.
• Manage and enhance NVIDIA's recruiting technology stack, including Workday, Eightfold, HackerRank, Textio, and related tools.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, and regional leaders to ensure recruiting practices align with labor laws, privacy requirements, and NVIDIA's diversity and inclusion standards.
• Proven ability to navigate complex, global M&A transactions with speed and precision.
• Implement automation to improve sourcing, scheduling, hiring, and communication workflows, helping reduce manual tasks and increase recruiter effectiveness.
• Lead a global team of recruiting operations specialists with a focus on coaching, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Support enterprise recruiting programs, including employer branding, employee referrals, training, and university hiring initiatives.
• Manage recruiting operations and vendor relationships with an emphasis on value, good experience, efficiency, and long-term partnerships.

The base salary range is 192,000 USD - 368,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
