Assistant Baker

Pavé NYC, a Bakery / Cafe located on heart of Midtown, New York, is looking for an experienced Baker to join our team!  Minimum one year of baking experience in a professional or environment.  We will also consider avid home bakers if the professional experience is less than required.

You will work intimately with our Chef Jonghun Won with Michelin star experience and operating two bakeries.  It will be an incredible opportunity to learn the arts of pastry and baking in a nurturing environment.

We are looking for an early riser (430AM-1230PM) to join our team.

We expect bakers to performs all the duties of a baker / cook while always maintaining high level of standards and hygiene working in a professional kitchen.
