Key Responsibilities

Utilize sourcing tools and extensions for candidate verification and enrichment

Conduct manual searches and maintain a steady flow of candidates into the ATS

Develop targeted email campaigns and engage passive candidates effectively

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year in talent acquisition or sourcing roles

Strong research skills across various platforms and tools

Experience with advanced search techniques and international sourcing

Working knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting

English proficiency at B2 level
