ABOUT THE ROLE

Conducts, maintains, tests, and repairs electrical / electronic, environmental, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems and components. Applies knowledge of electrical / electronics and mechanical principles in determining equipment malfunctions and applies skills in restoring equipment to operation and new installations. Provides skilled mechanical and electrical / electronic support to all areas of the plant.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

\n

\n

• Demonstrated knowledge and skill set of the industrial electrical field including, but not limited to : understanding of electrical units of measure, AC / DC voltage characteristics, understanding of basic circuits, ability to check voltage, current, and amperage, and ability to interpret wiring diagrams

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

\n

Education : High School diploma / GED

\n

Additional Education Preferred : Associate's / Technical degree in an electrical or a related field

\n

Required Work Experience : 1 -3 years of electrical in a manufacturing environment

\n

Required Technical Skills : Knowledge of processing methods and appropriate planning techniques. Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Travel Requirements : Local travel
