A well-respected healthcare system in Atlanta is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Practice or Internal Medicine physician to provide care primarily for patients aged 65 and older. The practice emphasizes value-based healthcare, focusing on quality metrics rather than patient volume, and operates in a 100% outpatient setting. The position offers a competitive salary, shared call, and various benefits, including relocation assistance and PTO.

A well-respected healthcare system is seeking a Family Practice or Internal Medicine in Atlanta to see mainly patients 65+. The Health System focuses on providing value-based quality care with lower census and based upon quality metrics (not volume).

  • BC / BE Family Practice or Internal Medicine
  • Fulltime, 40hrs week M-F (8a-5p)
  • Call Shared amongst all providers regionally (1st line of defense is RN Triage, then escalated to an NP, then to Physician if needed)
  • Will be seeing ages 65+ (Occasionally might see adults under 65)
  • 100% outpatient
  • Typically see approx. 15 ppd
  • Developed their own EMR and VERY user friendly
  • Competitive base salary (without RVU targets) and bonus based upon quality metrics (not volume), 401k w / 4% match, relocation assistance, 20 PTO days plus holidays, CME, etc.
