Senior Project Manager

What You'll Do

  • Drive large-scale projects from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring safety, profitability, and excellence.
  • Lead and inspire high-performing teams, fostering growth and collaboration.
  • Build strong client relationships and deliver an unmatched customer experience.
  • Champion Lean Construction principles and cutting-edge planning methodologies.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and risks with precision and confidence.

What We're Looking For

  • Education : Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Experience : 710 years leading complex projects, managing teams, and delivering results.
  • Certifications : OSHA 30 (preferred)
  • Skills : Expertise in scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6), construction software (Procore, Bluebeam), and financial management.
