This hands-on, relationship-centered role requires a professional with a proven track record in donor cultivation, stewardship, and soliciting gifts at the $10K+ level, as well as experience in developing and implementing fundraising strategies across various revenue streams. The role also involves overseeing special events, managing a team, and ensuring that the organization's values and mission are at the forefront of all fundraising activities.
