ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Kathleen Van Wieringen, your primary responsibility is new business acquisition and to grow our customer base. You play a critical role in expanding the agency by identifying and following up on leads, building new relationships, and converting prospects into loyal customers. This is a Sales role that requires a proactive, goal-oriented mindset and a passion for helping others. You will work with prospects and customers, ensuring their needs are met through tailored insurance solutions and excellent service. If you are outgoing, motivated by results, and eager to make a difference in your community, we’re excited to have you on our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Proactively establish and grow customer relationships by reaching out to prospects and following up with leads
  • Drive new business by identifying current customer needs and recommending appropriate products
  • Convert service interactions into sales opportunities by educating customers on additional products and services
  • Promote long-lasting customer relationships through consistent follow-up, trust-building, and solution-oriented communication
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual production goals

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proven sales ability (or transferrable skills) and high motivation to meet or exceed goals
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to market products and services based on customer needs
  • Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
  • Able to anticipate customer needs
