• Salary Range : $ 113,506 to 141,887 / yr based on full-time work and based on relevant years of experience.
• Location : Larimer county, Colorado
• Status : Full Time

Additional stipend amount per paycheck in the amount of $1384.62 (based on a 1.0FTE)

Role Overview :

An Acute Care Medical Provider is needed for night shift to help us in our endeavor to build the healthiest community in the nation … one person at a time.

This position will be based at the new and innovative acute care behavioral health facility, which opened in late 2023.  SummitStone has the privilege of partnering closely with Larimer County on this venture.  We provide comprehensive and collaborative care to individuals in crisis with mental health and / or substance use disorders.

The advanced practice provider (PA or NP) will provide professional services in the evaluation and treatment of clients at our acute care facility. The primary focus will be seeing clients in our behavioral health urgent care on the night shift, with some additional coverage of admitted clients on our crisis and detox units.

Major responsibilities of this position include : function as the medical team representative to a multidisciplinary treatment team designed to offer comprehensive behavioral health services; evaluate patients for substance use and medical disorders, determine the appropriate course of treatment for the patients; ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary team setting; and meet / maintain documentation standards and comply with county, state and federal laws, rules and regulations pertaining to health care.
