Bug Zero is hiring a Commercial Sales Representative to join our Springfield team. In this role, you'll help businesses across the region solve real problems-protecting their property, employees, and customers from pests. If you thrive on meeting new people, diagnosing needs, and creating solutions that bring peace of mind, we want to talk with you.
For over 35 years, Bug Zero has been trusted by homeowners and businesses in the Southwest Missouri tri-state area. Our growth is built on delivering results : proven pest management programs, exceptional service, and long-term customer partnerships. And now, we're opening up a largely untouched commercial sales area -a huge opportunity for the right person to make an impact.
What You'll Do
- Generate new commercial accounts through prospecting, referrals, and networking
- Conduct on-site inspections to identify pest risks unique to each business
- Design and present tailored pest management service plans that fit the client's needs and budget
- Manage the full sales cycle : prospecting → inspection → proposal → close
- Represent Bug Zero with professionalism in the field and in the community
- Enjoy a local sales territory with no overnight travel or long-distance drives
