Salary : $46,987 - 49,920 per year
Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in IT support, ideally in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, Windows Operating System / Server, Active Directory, and common MSP tools.
- Strong foundational knowledge in networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, and basic firewall concepts).
- Familiarity with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), backup solutions, and user administration.
- Exceptional communication abilities and customer service orientation.
- Valid drivers license and dependable transportation.
Responsibilities :
Address Tier 2 support issues linked to Microsoft 365, as well as Windows desktop / server, networking, and security applications.Diagnose and set up firewalls, switches, access points, and virtual private networks (VPNs).Execute onsite visits for escalated issues, hardware replacements, and advanced support requirements.Support client onboarding processes, migrations, system installations, and project-related tasks.Mentor Level 1 support technicians and assume responsibility for escalations.Accurately document all activities in our Professional Services Automation (PSA) and IT documentation platforms.Technologies :
