Responsibilities :
- Manage and organize daily office activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Respond to incoming calls professionally and provide accurate information or direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Perform data entry tasks with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Maintain and update records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
- Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors and managing reception duties.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
- Support various administrative tasks, including preparing reports and correspondence.
- Assist in tracking office supplies and placing orders as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative assistance or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing phone systems.
- Demonstrated ability to handle data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Familiarity with general office procedures and administrative workflows.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and office software.
- Ability to maintain a detail-oriented approach when interacting with clients and colleagues.
