Head of Managed Care Contracting

A company is looking for a Head of Networking Contracting.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute national payer contracting strategy focused on value-based and full-risk arrangements

Lead national payer relationships, including negotiation and performance oversight with health plans

Oversee credentialing operations and drive payer performance management to optimize contract outcomes

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in building and leading large teams in matrixed environments

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Experience negotiating VP-level contracts with channel partners

Knowledge of distribution networks and channel P&Ls

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and C-level executives
