A company is looking for a Technical Help Desk Agent responsible for supporting Federal Government and commercial accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance to clients regarding commercial credit card programs through phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot client issues to determine root causes and appropriate resolutions to ensure client satisfaction
Collaborate with account management teams in a team-oriented, 24 / 7 support center environment
Required Qualifications
High School diploma / GED or equivalent
2-3 years of experience in Customer Service
Proficient computer skills with various software packages, including Microsoft Office
Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
Good time management skills to assist multiple clients effectively
