Front Office Medical Specialist

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Office Medical Specialist to join our medical team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key part in providing a positive experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, assisting with procedure setup, verifying insurance, collecting co-pays, and answering a multi-line phone system.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet patients and manage front desk operations
• Schedule appointments and send reminders
• Assist with procedure setup and coordination
• Verify insurance and collect co-pays
• Answer and manage multi-line phone calls
• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations

Requirements :

Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
