Description
Answers all incoming calls, both internal and external to the main switchboard; places page calls; handles patient information. Gives doctor’s offices telephone numbers, as well as directions to the hospital, hospital address, and visiting hours. Answers stat and code alarms and pages appropriate personnel immediately.
Qualifications
Minimum High School diploma required and/or equivalent of professional experience.
