Global Supply Chain Analyst Intern

The Global Supply Chain Planning team within Global Manufacturing and Supply (GMS) is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective flow of materials and products across Takeda's global network. The team drives strategic planning, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives to support supply reliability and operational excellence across manufacturing sites.

As a Global Supply Chain Analyst Intern, you will support the enhancement of Takeda's annual Site Assessment review process. This includes improving the effectiveness of scoring methodologies, streamlining workflows, and developing automation tools and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.

How You Will Contribute :

• Support the review and enhancement of the Site Assessment scoring methodology.
• Analyze historical assessment data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and refine assessment criteria.
• Design and build interactive dashboards to automate scoring and reporting.
• Assist in documenting processes and creating training materials for future assessments.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning discussions.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.

U.S. Hourly Wage Range :

$21.00 - $46.00

The estimated hourly range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual hourly wage offered will depend on the candidate's school year / level to be entered following completion of internship. The actual hourly wage offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
