As a Recruiter at Brighter Strides ABA, you will play a key role in building strong, high-quality teams. Your responsibilities will include :

Responsibilities :

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for clinical and administrative positions.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, from job posting to offer letter.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure an excellent experience.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements.
• Use various platforms (job boards, social media, internal systems) to attract qualified applicants.
• Track recruitment progress and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Coordinate interviews, reference checks, onboarding steps, and follow-ups.
• Support HR initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
