As a Recruiter at Brighter Strides ABA, you will play a key role in building strong, high-quality teams. Your responsibilities will include :
Responsibilities :
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for clinical and administrative positions.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, from job posting to offer letter.
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure an excellent experience.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements.
- Use various platforms (job boards, social media, internal systems) to attract qualified applicants.
- Track recruitment progress and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Coordinate interviews, reference checks, onboarding steps, and follow-ups.
- Support HR initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications :
Previous recruiting experience preferred (healthcare or ABA field is a plus).Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with computers and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is helpful.Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic.Must be able to work full time on-site in Lakewood, NJ.
