Position Summary :

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of innovative digital solutions within our self-serve ecosystem. This role will define product direction, manage priorities, and ensure delivery of high-value solutions aligned with business objectives and technology standards. Working as the primary partner to the Business Product Manager, this individual is a seasoned strategic practitioner with a foundation of delivery in the Finance and Accounting areas, with strong first hand experience in Pricing and Deals, Monthly Business Reviews as well as FP&A.

Key Responsibilities :

Define Vision and Roadmap : Establish product vision, roadmap, and solution scope through continuous exploration and feedback from customers and team members. TPM should have experience in solution design, architecture, security and system performance, while ensuring that the solution vision is feasible and scalable. Experience in creating a 3 year strategic roadmap with fiscal year capability drivers that tie back to business priorities is a must have.

Backlog Management : Own and prioritize the product group backlog, including epics and features for MVP and subsequent releases, based on business value and scalability (e.g., US Human Health, Corporate Partners). Experience with cross team collaboration and prioritization will be critical for success.

Team Mobilization : Mobilize cross-functional product teams and oversee release level and quarterly level progress to ensure timely annual delivery of self-serve ecosystem capabilities against the 3 year strategic roadmap.

Best Practices Adoption : Introduce and apply best practices from other digital solutions and customer operations to enhance product performance and user experience. Leads by modeling behavior and helps teams manage the changing landscape.

Agile Leadership : Drive product development in alignment with agile methodologies and technology standards, ensuring quality and compliance throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.

Experience : 5 or more years in product management or technical leadership roles, with an emphasis on finance and transformative programs.

10 or more years of proven experience managing digital products and self-service platforms.

Strong understanding of agile frameworks and software development lifecycle.

Requires in-depth change management and product delivery experience

Agile methodologies

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Prior experience working on a global transformation - highly desired

Familiarity with backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).

Ability to work well both independently as well as within a team oriented environment

$156,300 - 241,010

• This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado / California / Washington / New York / Hawaii / Vermont / Minnesota / Massachusetts / Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
