Pay Range : $110,000.00 — $140,000.00 per year

Job Overview :  We are looking for a passionate Quality Advisor who is excited about making a difference in patient safety outcomes. As the Cardiac Cath Lab Quality Advisor, you will work closely with a diverse group of medical professionals acting as a liaison to the medical staff peer review committee. With a keen eye for details, you will perform chart reviews for cases involving but not limited to mortality and morbidity, hospital acquired conditions and patient safety indicators. Your proactive approach will support hospital-wide initiatives for regulatory and accreditation processes to continuously improve our operations. With your expertise, you will develop and implement effective quality strategies, provide guidance to our Cardiac team members and champion best practices throughout the organization.

Qualifications :

• Licensed RN in the State of New Jersey
• Minimum of 2 years of hospital nursing experience in Cardiac, Vascular, Cardiac Non-Invasive Quality Programs
• Experience with EKG and familiarity with NCDR preferred
• CPHQ preferred
• Experienced with Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft products
• Knowledge of Epic EMR program
• Quality and Safety experience preferred
