[job_card.job_description]Serve as the Foundry L&D Automation Champion , assessing and defining automation needs across L&D. Design, develop, implement, and optimize automated workflows using Power Automate / Flow . Own, maintain, and support existing workflow solutions and SharePoint lists . Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and workflow optimization. Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues, ensuring seamless platform integrations. Collaborate with internal automation and IT teams to develop workflows, dashboards, and supporting solutions.

IT Technology Integrator needs 3-5 years experience
IT Technology Integrator requires :
- Masters degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, Instructional Systems Technology, Adult Learning , or related field.
- Human Performance Improvement (HPI) certification.
- Experience managing technology initiatives for a global audience .
- Experience working in regulated environments .
- Demonstrated success influencing without formal authority.
- Instructional Design experience with the ability to develop learning solutions.
- Familiarity with tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, WalkMe, Office 365, Microsoft Copilot, Bing Enterprise Chat .
- Working knowledge of AI technologies , machine learning, or large language models.
- Programming experience with JavaScript, JSON, MySQL , or similar technologies.
- Bachelors degree or higher in Technology Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Learning Technology, Instructional Design, Performance Technology , or related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in Power Automate / Flow and Power BI .
- Strong proficiency in DAX programming for Power BI dashboards.
- Experience with Smartsheet or other project management tools .
