Loro Domain (coming soon) is accepting resumes for Front of House positions (Host, Server Assistant, Bartender)!
We are excited to announce Austin's second location of Loro in the Domain! Orientation is slated to begin in mid November with a planned opening date in December 2024! Loro is an Asian smokehouse and bar brought to you by the award-winning chefs behind Uchi and Franklin Barbecue. Together, they merged their love of Asian cuisine and Texas barbecue to offer innovative dishes. Our menu features grilled and smoked meats, inventive sides, craft beer, batch cocktails, and boozy slushees with an expansive, casual indoor and outdoor seating space.
FOH Staff can expect the following in estimated compensation:
Hosts: $15/hr (hourly wage plus tips)
Server Assistants: $600-$700/wk (hourly wage plus tips)
Bartenders: $800-$1000/wk (hourly wage plus tips)

What we are looking for in FOH candidates:
- Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required for Hosts and Server Assistants
- Previous experience is preferred for Bartender applicants
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and other employees
- Detect and identify safety issues, and comply with safety guidelines and standards
- Lift and carry trays, dishes, equipment and goods up to 50 lbs, stock inventory and perform restocking duties
- Must have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Bend, stoop and reach to access various areas and items
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment
- Ability to work in a variety of temperatures, both hot and cold
- Lift, push, or pull objects such as tables and chairs to reconfigure seating arrangements.
- Keep a near and organized workspace, including proper storage of supplies and cleaning of surfaces
- Move quickly and efficiently to respond to customer needs
- Ability to work in close proximity to coworkers in a crowded kitchen or serving area
- Tolerate exposure to potential allergens and food odors
- Maintain a professional and hygienic appearance, including proper uniform and personal grooming
- Understand directives and communicate effectively with Leadership and coworkers
