A / R Follow Up Specialist

A company is looking for an AR Follow Up Specialist to manage insurance claims and ensure payment resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up on unresolved insurance claims and check claim status

Identify reasons for non-payment and take actions to resolve issues

Manage patient balances as assigned and perform other related duties

Qualifications and Requirements

2+ years of A / R follow-up (Insurance Collections) experience required

Medical billing experience is helpful

Hospital claims and healthcare receivables experience preferred

2+ years of office experience with a focus on problem-solving and research

Prior computer experience is required
