Key Responsibilities
Issue, process, and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and invoices, ensuring accuracy in pricing and delivery timelines
Negotiate, review, and finalize vendor agreements, contracts, and renewals, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational policies
Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability, while maintaining strong supplier relationships
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience in procurement or purchasing roles
Knowledge of contract negotiation and vendor management
Familiarity with compliance and documentation processes
Ability to maintain accurate and auditable records
Proficiency in procurement software and tools
