Overview

Are you an Occupational Therapist (OT) who is passionate about helping older adults live safer, more independent lives? If so, our Rehab Team in Parma, OH is seeking its next PRN employee-owner team member to support patient-centered care at Mount Alverna.

Weekday and weekend coverage needed!

Responsibilities

As a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Occupational Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Hold a valid state OT license.
• Ability to work flexible PRN hours and weekends as needed.
• Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation is preferred but not required.
