As a Billing Solutions Manager on the Billing Strategy & Design team, your primary focus is to manage a team of billing system analysts. Youll develop and maintain system processes (automation) and determine resources to meet schedule deadlines and assigned objectives. Youll recommend changes to policies and establish organizational procedures. Youll act as advisor to subordinates to maintain schedules and resolve problems.
