Key Responsibilities

Support Audit Examiners and handle assigned tasks
Contact insureds to verify payroll and resolve audit disputes
Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in audit processing, insurance operations, or customer service preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn internal systems
