ABOUT THIS UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY

We are opening a new The NOW massage boutique at the thriving lifestyle centerBay Street Emeryville. This is your chance to be a part of a health and wellness industry-redefining business where the City by the Bay and East Bay intersect. We know that the guest journey begins and ends with their interaction with the front desk and that is why we define this role as an Experience Guide.

You are responsible for the guest experience as you guide guests to add enhancements and join as ritual members. Experience Guides also must meticulously maintain the aesthetic of the reception area and strive for a seamless operation from online to in the boutique. This includes, but not limited to, the greeting and assisting of guests regarding services and products, booking appointments, promoting memberships, customizing the guests massage, handling payment for services performed, and soliciting guest feedback.

We focus on delivering a spa-like experience but eliminate the exclusivity and cost of a traditional day spa. This next-level guest experience is only made possible if our front of house Experience Guides and our back of house Massage Therapists collaborate and cohesively work together.
