Job Description :

Atlantic Blue Water Services is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Water Specialist to join our team in Westminster, MD. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong drive to be the best in their field. The ideal candidate is committed to excellence and consistently strives to exceed expectations in all aspects of their work. They take initiative, demonstrate a relentless pursuit of improvement, and are dedicated to achieving top performance. If you have a passion for delivering outstanding results and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, we want you on our team. Previous knowledge and experience in industry specific backgrounds (Electric, HVAC, water treatment, plumbing and / or former project coordinator), and / or 2 years of business development experience are preferred but not required. As a Water Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality water services to our clients.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct water quality assessments and analyses to identify contaminants and ensure compliance with county standards.
• Design water treatment systems, including filtration, softening, and reverse osmosis systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding water treatment solutions and best practices.
• Conduct regular inspections of water systems to prevent issues and ensure longevity.
• Keep accurate records of water quality data, maintenance activities, and system performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in water treatment.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to provide comprehensive water solutions to clients.
• Take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.
• Demonstrate leadership and innovation in overcoming challenges.
