Senior CRM Developer

BlackStone eIT, a renowned computer software company, is looking for a highly experienced Senior CRM Developer to join our team. As a Senior CRM Developer at BlackStone eIT, you will be responsible for developing and implementing CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will work closely with clients, analysts, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver top-notch solutions.

Responsibilities

Designing and developing customized configurations and extensions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Collaborating with clients and analysts to gather and understand CRM solution requirements.
Implementing and customizing workflows, business rules, and plugins within CRM.
Creating and maintaining documentation for CRM solutions, including technical specifications.
Performing unit testing and providing support during quality assurance activities.
Offering technical support and troubleshooting issues related to CRM implementation and customization.
Staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
