Job Details for a Warehouse Equipment Prep Associate :

Pay Rate : $19.00 per hour

Location : Arlington, TX 76018

Shift : MondayFriday, 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm CST

Dress Code : Casual (closed-toe shoes required; no open-toe footwear)

About the Role as a Warehouse Equipment Prep Associate

We are seeking a Warehouse Equipment Prep Associate to support copier machine preparation and general warehouse operations. This is a hands-on, labor-intensive role requiring physical stamina, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities for a Warehouse Equipment Prep Associate

  • Prep copier machines for shop technicians.
  • Wrap completed machines with corner boards and stretch wrap.
  • Install miscellaneous parts as needed.
  • Perform general warehouse tasks including shipping, receiving, stocking, order pulling, material handling, and loading / unloading trucks.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and adhere to OSHA safety standards.
  • Operate powered and non-powered material handling equipment (training provided).
  • Complete paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Support team goals and assist with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Education : High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience : Minimum 2 years warehouse experience.
  • Skills : Ability to read, write legibly, and perform basic math. Knowledge of basic hand tools beneficial. Strong time management and ability to follow directions. Team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Physical Requirements : Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and move equipment on wheels weighing up to 700 lbs. Frequent stooping, bending, squatting, kneeling, and standing for extended periods. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with exposure to solvents, cleaners, and minor physical risks (cuts, burns).
