A company is looking for an Assistant Project Coordinator - Solar Campaign.
Key Responsibilities :
Support Project Coordinators in the intake of new projects, including auditing contracts and verifying document submissions
Generate reports from the CRM system and assist with data entry and cleanup tasks
Communicate directly with clients to request missing documents, provide updates, and coordinate project milestones
Required Qualifications :
College-level education preferred; High School Graduate or College Undergraduate Graduate may be considered with strong qualifications
Proven work experience as a Solar Project Coordinator or in a similar role managing solar projects
Solid organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong client-facing skills and ability to work effectively within a team
Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance principles
